Returning your order without a printer

If you have booked a return with our staff and have received our return confirmation, but do not have access to a printer, you should still be able to use our returns label service and this guide will explain how.

Requirements

  • A booking confirmation from AlzProducts
  • A mobile phone or smart device that you have access to your emails on

Instructions

  • Book your return into our system by contacting our support team
  • Create a Royal Mail returns label using our Royal Mail Returns Portal
  • Once you have created a label, you will receive an email with the label and also a scannable barcode
  • Eligible Post Offices are able to print your label for you if you show them your returns email from Royal Mail - Please visit Royal Mail's support page How to return without a print for the latest up-to-date information and instructions on finding a local Post Office that will accept the return

Will I be charged if I don't use the returns label?

  • We will not deduct any money from the return unless the return has been sent using one of our prepaid labels (we'll also check whether we've offered a free return on this occasion)
  • This means if you create a label but it is not used then there will be no charge
