Flipper - Help Deleting A Favourite Channel

This article refers to our  Flipper Big Button Remote Control

If you're having problems deleting favourite channels on the Flipper please note the following;

• When deleting channels the channel numbers must be entered exactly as they are programmed, for example, if one of the channels should have been programmed 101 but you've found the Flipper has programmed it as 10 then the favourite channel to delete is 10
• If you used the Mute button when programming your favourites then you'll also need to include the mute button when deleting the favourites (e.g 101 MUTE DEL instead of 101 DEL)

Still having problems?

As a last resort you can perform a factory reset on the Flipper but this means you'll need to completely reprogram your Flipper. This includes programming it to your TV (and STB if required) and then adding the favourite channels again.
