Options if item cannot be returned by Royal Mail

Unfortunately we do not have a courier contract that allows us to arrange collection of heavy/large items so these will need to be returned via your own method.

  • The item may be able to be sent by the Post Office by ParcelForce (we recommend calculating an estimated price first via the ParcelForce calculator as this may be expensive)
  • Customers can use an online courier/collection comparison website such as ParcelMonkey or Parcel2Go

Help with item/package weight and dimensions

If you are using the original delivery packaging for your order then our staff will be happy to provide the weights/dimensions we have on our system for your original delivery. Although this information is usually accurate we can't be responsible for any additional charges if this information is not accurate.
