NetzHome - Reset to factory settings

This article refers to our  WiFi Alarm Systems

Please use the instructions below to reset to factory settings.

  1. Remove the device from your app, this can be done on the devices tab inside the smart app
  2. When pairing the WiFi product to your router, ensure that the 'reset to factory settings' checkbox is ticked
