Problem: On receiving the clock and inserting batteries the LCD Display on Clock is blank/no information

Solution: We would kindly request that customers check they have also inserted batteries into the LCD compartment of the clock. There are two battery compartments of the clock and the LCD screen compartment can sometimes be missed.
